Description
A view of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania skyline and the many beautiful bridges of The Golden Triangle, as seen from Mount Washington.
Mom and Dad lived in Pittsburgh, PA, for a short period, from 2006 to 2007, until her passing in 2007. My brother and his family also lived in Pittsburgh, and he would take Dad out on trips to find places to paint - leaving him and returning a few hours later.
Sometimes Dad would have an audience, and other times he was there still working in his creative solitude - which he loved so much. His collection includes just a minimal set of works from Pittsburgh.
On this day in 2006, Dad saw and felt River View.
